Hello, new friend!
I'm Krista! Wife, mom of 3 boys and special education teacher. I am so glad you stumbled upon my page. I have recently become passionate about mental wellness + gut health. I have struggled with anxiety every since I had my first son and it worsened when I had my second. I finally got on medication about 5 years ago. Although the medicine helped, there was still something missing and I was tired of not feeling good or feeling myself. I came across a mental wellness company and thier powerful "happy juice" and the rest is history!
